Los Angeles-based CarsDirect.com, an online car retailer, promoted Mark Miller to senior VP of dealer and industry relations from VP of dealer and industry relations. Prior to joining CarsDirect, Miller was a VP and COO at the Miller Automotive Group, where he served for 20 years.San Mateo-headquartered Napster, a controversial file-sharing community, named Keith Bernstein VP of Operations. Bernstein was previously Senior Director of Operations at Universal Music Group's Global e.The Santa Barbara Technology Incubator (SBTi) elected its board of directors this week: Milt Honea, former Chairman, President and CEO of Norman Energy; Bob Dorf, President of Peppers and Rogers Group; Trevor Fetter, Chairman and CEO of Broadlane; David Johnson, former Senior Executive VP of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer; and SBTi's founder, chairman and CEO, Dennis Cagan.
