Santa Barbara Technology Group, will hold an open house on March 30 from 4 to 8 p.m. to showcase its new headquarters at 402 East Gutierrez Street in Santa Barbara. The 26,000 sq. ft. facility, developed by SBTG subsidiary Santa Barbara Technology Properties, will also be home to Santa Barbara Technology Incubator (SBTi).

In addition to housing companies that are being incubated by SBTi, the newly remodeled high-tech facility is expected to rent space to as many as 20 independent early-stage technology companies. Initial tenants include Ants.com, Epidemic Networks, Virtual Bandwidth, Vistera, New Entrepreneur Venture Fund, Worth Ethic and Atlas Consulting.

The new facility offers office space to early-stage high-tech companies. Features include flexible space and growth options with flexible lease terms; fully furnished, state-of-the-art cubicles and offices with optional computers; high-speed Internet access and fully-configurable phone system; reception area and receptionist; kitchen/eating area; game room; and multiple conference rooms.
