Trinity Learning hires new CFO Trinity Learning Corp. said Wednesday it hired Patrick Quinn as its new chief financial officer. The Berkeley Company (OTCBB:TTYL) also said it added Dennis Cagan to its board of directors. Trinity's previous CFO, Christine Larson, who was hired in February 2003, was not mentioned in the company's news release about Quinn's hiring. Quinn, Trinity said, has worked 20 years in accounting and finance. He was group CFO at Primedia Workplace Learning, which Trinity acquired on April 1. He worked previously as an auditor and a controller for the New York Stock Exchange, and he taught finance in the MBA program at the University of Dallas. Cagan, Trinity's new board member, founded the Santa Barbara Technology Group LLC, a private investment firm. He is its chairman and CEO. Trinity, which sells certification classes to businesses, said it is "aggressively executing an acquisition-based growth strategy." It has 300 employees.
