| Santa Barbara Technology Group featured on “Cox Line To Learning” |
Cox Communications continues their efforts to support the local educational community with “Line To Learning” in its third season. “Line To Learning is a half-hour TV show that focuses on educational issues and topics in the Santa Barbara area. The show provides an opportunity to highlight and discuss the important programs that are making a positive impact on the community.
Recently Cox partnered with Dennis Cagan, Chairman and CEO of the Santa Barbara Technology Group, to focus on several programs that the organization is sponsoring. Host Bob Pohl, Education Consultant with Cox, discussed a number of exciting opportunities for members of the community.
They include:
· Entrepreneurship 101 – “Countdown to a Successful Launch,” a conference on high-tech entrepreneurship presented by UCSB College of Engineering’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Engineering Management. http://www.engineering.ucsb.edu/entrep101
· The Central Coast Venture Forum, an event showcasing the region’s best entrepreneurs and emerging-growth companies to the nation’s venture capitalists and angel investors. http://www.ccvf.org

The program will air daily at 6:30pm on Cox 8 beginning Monday, February 19 through Sunday, March 4.
