Santa Barbara: As the permanent sponsors of the Santa Barbara Tech Brew, Sheppard Mullin Richter and Hampton LLP, Cox Business Services, Santa Barbara Technology Group LLC (SBTG), and Pacific Coast Business Times today have announced the final mixer event for 2003. It will be held at the famous El Paseo Restaurant the evening of Monday, November 10th, from 5-8PM. Attendance at the event is always free, and open to anyone interested in high technology and wanting to actively network in the local business community. The evening features hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. The November 10th Tech Brew will also mark the launch of SBTG’s new careers website – Central Coast Careers Forum - focused exclusively on Santa Barbara and surrounding San Luis Obispo and Ventura Counties. This new Web-based careers marketplace uses cutting edge matching technology and will feature on-line personal profiling, and inclusion in the area database, for anyone interested. In addition, the proprietary technology allows employers to selectively identify and qualify candidates for jobs on-line. Individual profiles are always no charge, and for a limited time SBTG will be offering free listings for employers as well. The Tech Brew team is announcing two new sponsors.
