Principal UX/UI Designer

Full Time 2 - 15 Years Experience

Participate in user research activities inclusive of participatory design sessions.
Interpret business needs into effective UI parameters.
Define, develop and review of all user interface as well as usability requirements.
Ensure to conceptualize and develop use scenarios on entire product level.
Solve complex design problems plus develop simple and elegant user interface for next generation of Networker client applications for Windows.
Conduct usability studies of current client applications plus report results to product teams.
Collect end user requirements by collaborative discussions with clients and internal functional groups.
Develop innovative and easy to utilize design solutions addressing complex marketing, business and user needs.
Collaborate with different senior stakeholders.
Help concept as well as translate feature requirements in interaction and visual designs throughout various platforms.
Develop rapidly behavioral prototypes, user flows, final design assets, hi-fidelity mock-ups and lightweight design specifications.
Perform closely with development team and assist UI implementation efforts.
Ensure to evolve company Design Language as well as establish main design standards.
Mentor and manage junior UXD team members.
Involve and contribute to UI design plus prototype new product features.

Design Degree or equivalent professional experience.
2 - 15 years interactive design experience in a software company, interactive agency, design firm or web publishing environment.
