Supply Chain Administrator

Full Time 0 - 5 Years Experience

Responsibilities

 

  • Build & book purchase orders on Loblaw buying system
    Data entry – update system with all pick up information
    Follow-up with vendors on passing’s that have not sent/verify that the truck has loaded on time
    Communicate late trucks, product availability & discrepancies to Supply Chain Analyst
    Verify costing with Assistant Category Manager & Category Manger
    Send no-show reports to transport team
    Create COS when requested by the broker
    Update offshore tracking sheets & I-Trade templates
    Problem solving; vendor issues, transport problems, etc.
    Update system with confirmed information from passing’s

Qualifications

 

  • Post-Secondary education in Business/Supply Chain

  • Two years retail/Supply Chain experience preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Ability to manage priorities in a demanding and continually changing environment, and to solve problem with high attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
